Event & Trade Show Assistance

  • Update show schedule on SalesForce Trade Show Calendar (internal)
  • Update show schedule on website (client facing)
  • Manage FedEx – General all show shipping labels
  • Put together collateral packets for regional meetings
  • Updating digital lead forms for reps per show
  • Print paper lead forms for shows
  • Pick off and drop off supplies at ADM for big shows
  • Keep “Pending Show List” up to date
  • Assist with booking travel – Hotel & flights
  • Filling out agreement info – basic company info, payment details etc.
  • Venue scout
  • Submit event RFPs to locations

Lead Gen

  • Cloning landing page forms
  • List bumps
  • Pull and sort reports regularly
  • Assist with lead converting


  • Update community portal release notes
  • Send out SupraMed release notes
  • Keep collateral inventory up to date
  • Pull competitive and our ad placements from publications
  • Post blogs
  • Social media
  • Proof reading
  • Testing email and website links
  • Transcribing case studies



  • Assist with promo item ordering
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Answer general marketing phone line calls
  • Town hall and board decks
  • Handle faxing


Minimum Requirements:


·         High level of organizational skills

·         Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

·         BA in Marketing or related field

·         Attention to detail
