The Migration Specialist serves to find and facilitate the transition of clients from their client server platform to our hosted solution. This is a junior/entry level position with room for growth. All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.
Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:
Proactively call into the client base to find clients interested in transitioning to our hosted platform
Facilitating in the transition of clients from client server to our hosted platform
Assist clients in filling out Discovery documents
Facilitate calls between client and internal staff, technical services, etc.
Working with our technical services team to help with Q& A
Liaison between Account Management and other departments
Escalate issues through the appropriate channels/departments
Any and all small projects that come up with the client base
Help answer phones and check the sales voicemail
Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel.
