The Migration Specialist serves to find and facilitate the transition of clients from their client server platform to our hosted solution. This is a junior/entry level position with room for growth. All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.

Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Proactively call into the client base to find clients interested in transitioning to our hosted platform

  • Facilitating in the transition of clients from client server to our hosted platform

  • Assist clients in filling out Discovery documents

  • Facilitate calls between client and internal staff, technical services, etc.

  • Building Proposals

  • Working with our technical services team to help with Q& A

  • Liaison between Account Management and other departments

  • Escalate issues through the appropriate channels/departments

  • Any and all small projects that come up with the client base

  • Help answer phones and check the sales voicemail

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external clients/prospects.
  • Ability to multi-task in a challenging, production- oriented department
  • Exceptional ability to problem solve.
  • Demonstrated skill and ability to be self-motivated, dependable, persistent, flexible and personable and to work independently
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Physical Demands:

  • Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.

  • Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel.
